All-around great experience! We got a very reasonable price on our replacement sliders and windows, and Harold, our sales rep, went over all the pros and cons of different window models at their showroom. We decided to go with the Milgard Tuscany Vinyl as a good combination of value, performance, and looks.
Eric came and measured, and made sure that everything was good to go for the installation. The install team was very professional, did a great job on the trim, and the work site was extremely clean when they left. The communication was great throughout the process, and they helped with all the permit details.
Overall, they went above and beyond making sure that everything looked perfect at the end, and that we were happy with the result. We will definitely use them for our future window/door needs!

I needed two windows replaced at my house in San Ramon (1996 build), a front bedroom slider window and a rear sliding glass door / screen. Quality W/D recommended high quality vinyl , double paned replacements from Milgard to closely match the rest of the windows. Removal and installation were a bit messy, but the crew was good about cleaning up after. The install includes stucco repair, which was scheduled 2 days after the windows. Overall, good experience, quality work and professional installers. Exterior/interior painting is required after, and that clearly was explained during the initial call.

I ordered 4 Milgard Windows and a Patio door from QUALITY WINDOWS AND DOORS. I had them do a new construction installation at my house in Danville. They were very nice and friendly. They took time to answers our questions and worked with us on the installation schedule. The team that came and did the installation was professional and skillful. They were quick and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I have more windows to replace in the future and I will use them again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Quality Windows - particularly in the challenging times of the pandemic. The team was communicative, organized and with great attention to detail. We had our entire set of great room windows facing the backyard replaced so there was scaffolding both inside and outside the house. The team was clean and careful with both the inside and outside of the home. All in all, we're incredibly happy with the result.
