Our Guarantee

One guarantee is provided by the manufacturer and the second guarantee is provided in the installation. Guarantees from manufacturers range from lifetime parts and labor to mostly 30-year warranties. Our installation guarantee is the same as provided by the California Contractors State License Board.

QWD Expert Tips

— When selecting window frames, take into account the potential impact on your home's resale value. For instance, while vinyl frames are excellent choices for mid-range homes, they might adversely affect the resale value of a high-end property. In such cases, opting for fiberglass or wood frames would offer superior long-term value.

— Clean out your weep holes on the bottom of your window frames, inside and out. This will prevent water from filling up in the track.

— Exterior polyurethane caulking needs to be painted to preserve the seal and avoid water and moisture penetration.
