Quality Windows & Doors team

Our Philosophy

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best window and door purchasing experiences they've ever had, and our extensive product knowledge is the key to achieving that goal. All our installers have the skills and experience to efficiently complete each job, and our office staff perfectly complements our completion process.

Our Guarantee

One guarantee is provided by the manufacturer and the second guarantee is provided in the installation. Guarantees from manufacturers range from lifetime parts and labor to mostly 30-year warranties. Our installation guarantee is the same as provided by the California Contractors State License Board.

QWD Expert Tips

— When selecting window frames, take into account the potential impact on your home's resale value. For instance, while vinyl frames are excellent choices for mid-range homes, they might adversely affect the resale value of a high-end property. In such cases, opting for fiberglass or wood frames would offer superior long-term value.

— Clean out your weep holes on the bottom of your window frames, inside and out. This will prevent water from filling up in the track.

— Exterior polyurethane caulking needs to be painted to preserve the seal and avoid water and moisture penetration.
